Loose or hollow-sounding tile
Tiles that move or sound hollow may have lost their bond, sometimes because of moisture underneath.

Paul and his team did a superb job fixing up our home after our renters destroyed it. They put in new beautiful flooring, patched all the dents and holes in our walls and applied new paint.
