Tub and shower with large-format stone-look tile, a built-in niche and matte black fixtures

The most important part of a shower is the part you never see

Tile and grout aren't waterproof on their own. Water gets through them every time you shower. What protects your walls and floor framing is the waterproofing layer underneath.

When it's missing or done poorly, a shower can look fine for years while moisture quietly damages what's behind it. That's why we treat waterproofing as the core of every shower we build.

  • Val did an amazing job remodeling all three of our bathrooms. I've added after and before pictures of our primary bathroom.

He and his team were efficient, friendly, and really easy to work with. The results exceeded our expectations!

  • Paul and his team did a wonderful job with our primary bathroom remodel. Paul was very communicative, asked questions throughout to make sure we were getting exactly what we envisioned, and kept us updated throughout the whole process. His team was very courteous and skilled. They finished on time and within the budget we agreed to at the beginning of the project. We love our new bathroom and are amazed at the transformation! It went from old, stale, and cramped to bright, open, and airy. My photos don't do it justice!

  • Paul and all the crew did a wonderful job on our condo primary bathroom remodel. Time frame we were quoted was on time and on budget. We will contact Homez when we are ready for any more remodeling. We recommend them!

Bathroom remodeling questions

Something else on your mind? Call (206) 960-3383.
  • What's included in a bathroom remodel?

It depends on your bathroom. A complete remodel can include the shower or tub, waterproofing, tile, vanity, fixtures and finishes. Smaller projects might just cover the shower or the vanity. We'll define the scope with you during your free estimate.

  • Do you waterproof showers?

Yes. Waterproofing is part of every shower and wet area we tile. It's the part of the job you'll never see and the part that matters most.

  • Can you convert a tub to a walk-in shower?

Tub-to-shower conversions are part of our shower work. We'll look at your space and plumbing and explain what's involved.

  • Can I update just the vanity?

Yes. Vanity and fixture updates are a common project on their own.

  • Is my bathroom remodel covered by a warranty?

Our work is backed by a 1-year warranty. We'll go over the details before your project starts.
