We completed a comprehensive exterior refresh for Christopher’s home, addressing multiple areas to enhance both its functionality and aesthetic appeal. Initially, we repaired rot on the walls and installed new flashing for improved longevity of the home structure. This crucial step ensured the home’s structural integrity, preventing future damage from moisture and decay. Following this, we demolished two existing decks that had seen better days and skillfully rebuilt them, providing rejuvenated outdoor spaces for relaxation and entertainment.

A key highlight of the project was the addition of a pergola covering to one of the decks, creating a charming spot for enjoying outdoor coffee, regardless of the weather. This pergola not only adds visual interest but also offers shade and protection, making the deck usable throughout the year. To enhance the outdoor living experience, we installed weather-resistant lighting, allowing Christopher to enjoy his decks well into the evening.

The project culminated with a full repaint of the house and garage in a contemporary two-tone color scheme. This modern palette significantly updated the home’s curb appeal, making it stand out in the neighborhood. Additionally, we updated the landscaping around the newly painted areas, incorporating low-maintenance plants and flowers that complement the new exterior colors.
