Rot Repair Seatte
Timothy's home recently underwent a comprehensive deck restoration under our expert supervision. The two decks had suffered extensive rot damage, necessitating a complete overhaul to ensure safety and longevity. We began the project by fully gutting the existing structures. All rotted framing and shingles were removed, making way for new, robust materials that would serve as the foundation for the revitalized decks. Once the new framing was in place, we installed a polyurethane decking membrane. This rubber waterproof material is known for its superior durability and water resistance, making it an excellent choice for outdoor structures like decks. After the structural work was completed, we repainted the decks to match their original color. This final touch ensured that the decks not only functioned like new but also looked like new, blending seamlessly with the rest of Timothy's home. This project demonstrates our commitment to delivering high-quality renovations that enhance the safety, functionality, and aesthetics of our clients' homes. By using durable materials and proven construction techniques, we were able to transform Timothy's rotted decks into strong, beautiful outdoor spaces that will last for years to come.
