We completed a comprehensive exterior refresh for Christopher's home, addressing multiple areas to enhance both its functionality and aesthetic appeal. Initially, we repaired rot on the walls and installed new flashing for improved longevity of the home structure. Following this, we demolished two existing decks and skillfully rebuilt them, providing rejuvenated outdoor spaces. A key highlight of the project was the addition of a pergola covering to one of the decks, creating a charming spot for enjoying outdoor coffee, regardless of the weather. The project culminated with a full repaint of the house and garage in a contemporary two-tone color scheme. This transformation not only revitalized the look of Christopher's home but also underscored our commitment to delivering high-quality work that enhances homes both structurally and aesthetically.
