Before The Contract

First Initial Call

We discuss details about your project and find out if we are good match to do this project together!

On-Site Consultation

We view the potential project and discuss details, vision, scope, and desires!


We go back to the office and write up a detailed cost estimate & timeline!


Once you look over the proposal, if it’s to your liking we approve and move to the next phase!

Post Signing

Project Setup

As soon as you sign we go on a mission to help you acquire all the necessary permits, plans, and designs if needed. Then you will have an opportunity to make all your material selections and we will help get all the materials on site ASAP, typically no work would begin until this process is complete!


Meanwhile, we are waiting for materials, designs etc, there is usually a buffer period of about 2-8 weeks between the signing and the beginning of the work. Your project manager will be tirelessly working during this time to schedule our teams!


Once the hammer hits the nail, labor can take anywhere from a few days to several months depending on the scope of work for the specific project.
