This renovation was an intricate process that involved a full gut-out, removal of an outdated Jacuzzi to maximize space, and the construction of a separating wall to distinctly define the bedroom and bathroom areas. The removal of the outdated Jacuzzi was a significant decision, as it not only freed up valuable space but also allowed for a more open and airy design. To create a clear distinction between the bedroom and bathroom areas, we constructed a robust separating wall. This wall not only provides structural integrity but also serves as a design feature that adds depth and dimension to the space. Additionally, a privacy wall was built around the toilet area, offering an added layer of seclusion and comfort. This thoughtful addition ensures that the bathroom remains a private retreat within the home, catering to both practical and aesthetic needs.

The crowning features of this project were the new custom shower and custom doors, designed with Alexandra’s unique tastes in mind. The custom shower boasts high-end fixtures, including a rain showerhead and body jets, providing a spa-like experience at home. The glass enclosure was tailored to fit the space perfectly, with sleek lines and a minimalist design that enhances the overall modern aesthetic.
