Airbnb Home Remodel Bothell

A recent project involved a comprehensive interior remodel of a home designed specifically for Airbnb rentals. The goal was to create a welcoming, comfortable, and aesthetically pleasing space that would appeal to a wide range of potential guests. The kitchen was fully gutted and redesigned with a relocated peninsula to improve flow and functionality. A wall was opened up to create a grander entrance, making the kitchen a focal point of the home. New appliances, cabinets, countertops, lighting, flooring, and fixtures were installed, transforming the kitchen into a modern, fully-equipped space perfect for preparing meals. The master bathroom was also completely remodeled. A custom walk-in shower was built, along with a custom-built vanity. A free-standing tub was added, providing a luxurious touch to the space. In addition to the master bathroom, two smaller bathrooms were also remodeled. Each one was designed to be functional and stylish, ensuring guests have a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Five to six rooms underwent full remodels, each one designed with comfort and style in mind. These spaces were transformed into inviting bedrooms, complete with new furnishings and decor. A standout feature of this remodel was the creation of a fully decked out home theatre room. This space was designed to provide guests with an exceptional entertainment experience right at home. The transformation also included a complete redo of the interior floors and a full interior repaint. These updates helped to refresh the entire home, creating a clean, modern backdrop for the other design elements. This project showcases our ability to create beautiful, functional spaces designed to meet the specific needs of Airbnb renters. From the fully-equipped kitchen to the luxurious bathrooms and comfortable bedrooms, every detail was carefully considered and expertly executed.
